The process is the product.

The Venned Group uses a four-step method: diagnose the real problem, design the engagement around your organization, practisce the new behaviour live, then reinforce it until it holds.

Anyone can run a workshop. What changes a business is the work around it, and that work is ours.

Our Approach
STEP 01

We learn your business first.

Before we recommend anything, we get inside how your organization works. Where decisions stall. Which conversations everyone avoids. What your culture rewards and what it quietly punishes. Sometimes that starts with our S.P.A.R.K. Assessment. Sometimes it’s interviews, working sessions, or time in the room. The first move changes from client to client, because the right one does.

STEP 02

We design it around you.

The engagement is built for your industry, your audience, and the exact decisions your leaders need to handle differently. S.P.A.R.K. is the backbone, and everything else is shaped around what we learned about you. Generic content without industry or organizational relevance loses a sharp team in ten minutes, so we don’t bring any.

STEP 03

Your leaders practice live.

Insight without rehearsal fades by the following week. So your leaders practise the hard conversations, the clear recommendations, and the decisions in the room, with us, until the new behaviour feels like theirs.

STEP 04

The change reinforces itself.

We build in the feedback loops, the tools, and the review points that keep new behaviour alive after the session. Most firms skip this part, which is why their work fades, and ours holds.

What is the S.P.A.R.K. framework?

S.P.A.R.K. is The Venned Group’s leadership framework, naming the five conditions a leader must create for a team to do its best work: Security, Praise, Acknowledgement, Respect, and Knowledge.

Kendra built it from years of watching what separates leaders people follow from leaders people merely report to. It’s the methodology powering everything we deliver, whether you ever see the acronym or not.
