About the S.P.A.R.K. Program

Our Approach

Our high-touch learning experiences stand out in terms of quality, engagement, and immediate applicability to learners’ day-to-day engagements. An incubator for team discussion, alignment and strategic direction. Our hallmark S.P.A.R.K. Team Training Program focuses on the five pillars of human desire that drive motivation, influence behaviour and impact effective communication. 

Our Aim

The S.P.A.R.K. Team Training aims to provide a collaborative safe and supported space for established and/or emerging leaders to come together for self-reflection, growth, and constructive conversation.  Topics covered center on current leadership practices tailored for the specific needs of the organization. 



Individually and as a team, we will sharpen the skills necessary to navigate professionally through the organization, linearly or laterally. Participants will strengthen soft skills such as conflict resolution, supporting team members, identifying collective company culture and honing in on both management and communication styles.
