The S.P.A.R.K. Incubator is designed for people leaders at the Manager or Director level who are keen on bolstering their leadership and communication skills. The program is spread over 7 weeks. Virtual sessions are 90-minutes in length and In-Person sessions are 2 hours in length.

In the S.P.A.R.K. Incubator, you'll sharpen a wide array of leadership and communication skills essential for effective team management. These include, but aren't limited to:

• Mastering the art of delivering and receiving feedback effectively
• Understanding the role of personality in feedback reception and delivery
• Enhancing your soft skills including active listening, empathy, and emotional intelligence
• Improving your ability to command attention and communicate your ideas clearly and persuasively
• Implementing techniques to inspire and motivate your team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance

By the end of the program, you'll have a powerful toolkit of skills that will enhance your leadership effectiveness, improve your team's performance, and contribute to your organization's succes

To ensure a personalized learning experience and foster meaningful interactions, each cohort is limited to a maximum of 8 individuals. This allows for ample personal attention and in-depth discussions.

At the end of the program, you will receive a comprehensive 14-page My S.P.A.R.K. Report detailing your growth, learning, and overall journey through the Incubator. 

Additionally, you will be awarded a Certificate of Completion to acknowledge your dedication and learning.

We understand that conflicts may arise unexpectedly. If you miss a session, the recording, slide decks and exercises will be available on our online learning management system.

Yes, it does. With a limited class size and lifetime access to the TVG Community, you'll have abundant opportunities to form connections and collaborate with like-minded leaders. This promotes a rich exchange of ideas, experiences, and insights. 

However, to ensure that all participants have a focused and uninterrupted learning experience, we kindly ask that soliciting business or services within the session is refrained.  Nevertheless, outside of the classroom, the TVG Community platform can serve as a valuable space for networking and collaboration.
